Third Thursday celebrating the Arts and artists of Henderson and Las Vegas

For those of you inquiring about how to display your art at Third Thursday in Henderson I wish I had good news. Currently, you can only display by joining a local gallery and paying to hang your work.

Unfortunately, there is no open venue for local artists like First Friday. I have spoken with the City of Henderson people and suggested they create something that does not cost local artists a fortune just to exhibit. They will not allow local artists to display art for sale because it would create competition for the downtown businesses in the Water Street District.

If this ever changes it will be posted here.
